PupLog does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or emergency services. Information stored within the app should not be considered veterinary advice. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account security
Keeping login credentials confidential
All activity occurring under your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

User Content
You retain ownership of information you submit to PupLog, including pet records and health information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for operating and improving the service. You represent that you have the right to provide any information submitted through the app.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate applicable laws
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with service operation
Upload harmful code or malware
Abuse, harass, or impersonate others
Reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law

Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are governed by Apple's payment policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Intellectual Property
PupLog, including its software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, and content, is owned by PupLog or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without permission.

Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of PupLog at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Disclaimer of Warranties
PupLog is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PupLog and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PupLog during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PupLog and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Termination
